We request a $1997.00 setup fee or more dependant upon your program because our team needs to customize a tremendous amount of work for you. We cannot cookie cutter this process otherwise it would not have a custom multi-media, multi-step campaign follow-up system/s tailored for your specific business & budget.

What Customer Support do you have?
We maintain a 20:1 ratio meaning for every 20 clients we have 1 Full Time Account Manager working 9:00-6:00pm EST and we currently turn round CS issues in less than 15 minutes.
Do I have to sign long-term contracts?
There are absolutely NO long-terms contracts. All you pay is your initail setup/implementation fee and monthly service fee. You can cancel anytime giving us 30 days notice to close your account appropriately and export your data for you.
What additional fees are there?
There are NO additional fees other than the monthly service fees. You may require additional services, which are priced and paid for dependent upon your requirements and listed in Get Started.
If I currently use another email program what do I do?
Since ZoomDazzle is a full multi-media solution including email you will no longer require your email service provider and we can import your database for you as part of the setup fee from your existing system.
